This may be the most important election in our lifetime. The contrast between the candidates is very clear. Yet, many people of faith will not vote. A recent study by pollster George Barna found that only 51% of people of faith are likely to vote in the 2024 election. Barna projects that 5 million additional Christians would likely vote if their pastor encouraged them to do so.
We invite you to watch this important video of Gary Hamrick, pastor of Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg, VA. Pastor Hamrick speaks of the duty of the people of faith to vote, the Biblical foundations for our decision-making and the differences between the two candidates running for president.
Faith leaders have a First Amendment right to speak about biblical issues and encourage members to vote. If they do, it could make a major difference in the upcoming elections.
